The problem : Businesses in the service industry, churches, and events have unique conversation and communication needs that are often only partially solved with traditional communication systems. Buzzer systems often have a short term radius and are expensive to implement. Walkie talkies are cumbersom and are limited by the number available, and pagers are so 1980.
And it solves it by:
Connected to Us allows these entities to reach groups and individuals, whether all at once, or one at a time, and carry on 2 way communication all from one, easy to use interface. Contacts and appointments can be added quickly and efficiently, and by using a combination of SMS, Automated Voice, and Live Voice communication options, the user can stay in touch with the individuals and groups from one powerful, yet user friendly hub.
