Can I port numbers away from Twilio?
Yes. The request will need to be initiated at the receiving carrier, and you will need to provide the correct documentation to the new carrier. If the number is non toll-free, it will port once your carrier is ready. If the number is toll-free, we will contact you once we receive the request to make sure you authorized the port out.
