How do I submit a bulk port request?
A bulk port request is a request to port more than 49 numbers. To submit a bulk request you may email porting@twilio.com.
You should include an excel document containing a list of all the numbers you wish to port, a Twilio Letter of Authorization, and a copy of your most recent phone bill to prove ownership of the numbers. Please be sure to verify that the name and address that is on your bill matches what is on file with your carrier as sometimes these can differ.
Landline bulk ports can typically 6-8 weeks to complete depending on how many carriers are involved and whether any of the numbers receive rejections. Toll-free numbers typically take 1-3 weeks to complete the porting process.
