I need my number to port ASAP! What can I do to expedite the process?

To reduce the chance of a rejection please call your current carrier to verify the billing name and address that needs to be entered on the Letter of Authorization (LOA) and let them know you authorized the port away. If the number is wireless please also verify the account number and pin.

Do not schedule a date to cancel service with the carrier until after the number has ported successfully. Often times when a number has been scheduled to be cancelled this can further delay process because a number must be in service to port successfully.
