## Description

The Letter of Authorization (LOA) submitted with the Branded Calling registration contains incomplete, missing, or incorrect information.

### Possible causes

* The LOA is missing required fields or contains inaccurate information.
* The information provided in the LOA cannot be linked to the business.
* LOA isn't signed by the authorized contact.

### Possible solutions

* Review the LOA to ensure all required fields are accurately completed. Resubmit the registration with a corrected LOA for verification.
