# 13259: Invalid CallerDisplayName

## Description

Twilio returns this warning when the value you supply for the `callerDisplayName` attribute is invalid. After you trim leading and trailing spaces, the value must contain 2–255 printable characters and no control characters.

### Possible causes

* The value is shorter than 2 characters, longer than 255 characters, or contains only spaces.
* The value includes a control character (for example, a line break or a tab).

### Possible solutions

* Provide a value that contains 2–255 printable characters and no control characters.
* Remove control characters, such as line breaks and tabs, from the value.
