* Using a 'From' number that is not assigned to your account
* Using a 'From' number that is not SMS/MMS enabled

### Possible solutions

* Check to make sure the number is correct
* Check to make sure the number is an SMS/MMS enabled Twilio Incoming number assigned to your account
