# 17532: Account restricted — V2 transcription customer

## Description

Twilio failed to create a new transcription because this account is configured for Voice Intelligence V2 and cannot use the V3 API.

### Possible causes

* The account has the `voice.transcriptions.v2.customer` feature flag.

### Possible solutions

* Use the Voice Intelligence V2 API, or [contact support](https://help.twilio.com/articles/360048500694-Contacting-Twilio-Support) to migrate to V3.
