# 17584: Status callback redirect limit exceeded

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: WARNING

## Description

Twilio attempted to deliver a transcription status event, but the callback URL exceeded the maximum number of HTTP redirects. The transcription was created successfully, but Twilio couldn't deliver the status notification.

### Possible causes

* The callback URL redirects in a loop.
* An HTTP-to-HTTPS redirect chain adds more hops than are permitted.
* A load balancer redirects to a URL that redirects back.

### Possible solutions

* Configure the final destination URL directly in the transcription configuration and remove the intermediate redirects.
