### Possible causes

The Regulatory Bundle is either in not in a twilio-approved status or does not have a valid\_until date

### Possible solutions

Select a Regulatory Bundle that is eligible to be Copied by filtering the Regulatory Bundle list with a valid\_until date and in the twilio-approved status.
