# 30537: Business model does not match the messaging use case

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

The business model shown on your website does not align with the messaging use case in your submission.

### Possible causes

* The website describes a service business, but the sample messages reference physical product shipping or delivery updates.
* The message content does not match the products or services listed on your website.

### Possible solutions

* Align your messaging program details with the core business model and information on your website.
* Update the sample messages or website details so they are consistent, then resubmit.
