# 30561: Terms of Service missing opt-out information

## Description

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

Your Terms of Service do not provide clear instructions on how subscribers can opt out or cancel your messaging program.

### Possible causes

* The Terms of Service explain how to enroll but do not explain how to stop receiving messages.
* No cancellation keywords are listed.

### Possible solutions

* State the cancellation keyword instructions, such as standard keywords like STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT.
* Resubmit your registration once opt-out instructions are added.
