# 30807: Verification rejection - Justification required for more than 5 numbers

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

Twilio rejected your verification request because the submission doesn't justify why your business needs more than five phone numbers. For traffic to US subscribers, you can verify up to five phone numbers for a single business without adding extra justification. For traffic to Canadian handsets, one phone number per business qualifies under the Canadian Code of Conduct.

### Possible causes

* Your submission requests six or more phone numbers for one business and doesn't include a detailed explanation in `additionalInformation` or the Console Additional Information field.
* You submitted the verification under an ISV or aggregator instead of the business that is actually sending messages to opted-in consumers.
* You plan to send messages to Canadian handsets and the submission includes more than one phone number for the business.

### Possible solutions

* Resubmit the verification and add a detailed explanation in `additionalInformation` or the Console Additional Information field. Explain why your business needs more than five phone numbers and how each number will be used.
* Submit the verification for the end business that is sending messages to consumers. If you are an ISV, only submit under your own business when you manage the opt-in flow and you are the sole creator of the message content.
* If you send messages to Canadian handsets, use one phone number per business for that traffic.
* Review the rest of the verification record before you resubmit. Make sure your business details, use case, sample messages, website, and opt-in information are complete and consistent so the request can be reviewed accurately.
