# 32218: SIP: Transfer not allowed

## Description

### Possible causes

* Transfer enable mode is in DISABLE\_ALL
* Transferring to PSTN when transfer enable mode is in `SIP_ONLY`
* Transferring to SIP when transfer enable mode is in `PSTN_ONLY`

### Possible solutions

* There is a configurable transfer enable mode on your trunk. Change this mode to suit your needs
