# 32803: Branded Calling phone number attachment failure

## Description

Twilio tried to attach a phone number to your Branded Calling registration, and the request couldn't be completed. This error applies to one phone number. The rest of your registration may not be affected.

### Possible causes

* The carrier didn't enable Branded Calling for the phone number.
* The phone number is already registered to a different Branded Calling registration.

### Possible solutions

* Check that the phone number isn't already part of another Branded Calling registration.
* If the error continues, contact [Twilio Support](https://help.twilio.com/) and include the phone number.
