# 32804: Branded Calling logo vetting failure

## Description

Twilio submitted the logo for your Branded Calling registration, and it was rejected. This error is about the logo only. The display name, call reason, and other details on your registration may be fine.

### Possible causes

* The logo doesn't meet the carriers' requirements for Branded Calling images.
* The logo doesn't clearly represent the business you registered.

### Possible solutions

* Submit a different logo that meets the carriers' requirements and represents your business, then submit the registration again.
