OptimizeStartAt can only be used when ScheduleType is 'optimize'

A timestamp for OptimizeStartAt should only be present when ScheduleType is 'optimize'.

Possible Causes

Customer included a timestamp for OptimizeStartAt and indicated the wrong ScheduleType (either fixed or null).

Possible Solutions

• Change the ScheduleType to 'optimize'.
• Specify SendAt instead of OptimizeStartAt and OptimizeEndAt.
