# 37011: WhatsApp Voice: Dialing out to PSTN or Teams is not allowed

## Description

From a WhatsApp inbound call, the customer cannot place an outbound call to PSTN or Teams numbers.

### Possible causes

Dialing out to PSTN or Teams numbers from an inbound WhatsApp call is not allowed by Meta's policy.

Do not attempt to dial out to PSTN or Teams numbers from a WhatsApp inbound call.
