# 520042: Store record exists but its status is not ACTIVE

Log Type: TWILIO

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

The memory store is not in an active state and cannot serve requests.

### Possible causes

* The store is still being provisioned and is not yet ready.
* Provisioning failed, and the store is in a terminal failed state.

### Possible solutions

* Wait for provisioning to complete, and then retry the request.
* If provisioning failed, delete the store and create a new one.
