# 60736: This phone number is still in use by a Branded Calling registration.

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

The phone number cannot be unassigned from its linked registration or profile because it is currently associated with an active Branded Calling registration.

### Possible causes

* The phone number is assigned to an active or in-review Branded Calling registration.
* The phone number is being unassigned or deleted from the account, Business Profile, or Voice Integrity instance before being removed from Branded Calling.

### Possible solutions

* In the Branded Calling bundle, unassign the phone number in Console or delete its `ChannelEndpointAssignment` with the Trust Products API.
* After the Branded Calling assignment is removed, retry removing the phone number from the linked profile or Voice Integrity instance.
