# 64114: ConversationRelay: ASR provider connection error

## Description

ConversationRelay fails to transcribe speech when it can't connect to the automatic speech recognition (ASR) provider, or when the connection is lost.

### Possible causes

* Operational issue with the ASR provider service
* Connection timeout
* Dropped connection to the provider

### Possible solutions

* Monitor the situation.
* Temporarily switch to a different ASR provider.
