## Description

The Billing Group or Account where the request originated isn't able to use the specified Usage API version.

### Possible causes

* The Billing Group isn't eligible to use the current version of the Usage API.
* The Account isn't eligible to use the current version of the Usage API.

### Possible solutions

* Review the Billing Group or the Account eligibility requirements for the current Usage API version. You might need to use a previous version of the Usage API.
