## Description

The subject that made the request can't use the usage export functionality.

### Possible causes

* The requested Account isn't enabled for usage exports.

### Possible solutions

* Confirm that you're authenticating with the credentials of the Account enabled for usage exports. Twilio uses the authenticating Account to decide eligibility.
* Contact Twilio Support to request access to usage exports for your Account.
