# 71003: Usage export not found

## Description

Twilio couldn't find a usage export that matches the request parameters.

### Possible causes

* The usage export for the requested time period hasn't been generated yet.
* The requested time period is outside the range of available usage exports.
* The Account had no usage export generated for the requested time period.

### Possible solutions

* Check that time period refers to a completed period, in UTC.
* If you requested a recent time period, wait and try again later.
* Confirm that you're authenticating with the credentials of the Account you want the usage export for. Twilio uses the authenticating Account to find the export.
