# 95305: Rule execution failure

## Description

Some or all language operators failed during execution of the intelligence rule.

### Possible causes

* One or more language operators in the rule failed to execute.
* One or more language operators took too long to execute.
* An unexpected internal error occurred while processing the rule.

### Possible solutions

* Open Twilio Console, go to **Develop > Troubleshoot > Debugger**, and filter by Event type `com.twilio.intelligence.configuration.ruleexecution.operator.execution.failed` to identify which specific language operator failed and steps you can take to resolve the failure.
* Review Debugger to check if individual operators are failing rather than the whole rule—these indicate operator-level failures where partial results may still be available.
* If failures persist, review your rule configuration to ensure all referenced language operators are valid and properly configured, and that the Intelligence Configuration is correctly linked to the Conversation Configuration.
* If the error persists, contact Twilio Support and include the Log SID, Resource SID, timestamp, and the steps that led to the failure.
