# Email reputation score

*Reputation*. Mailbox providers evaluate messages based on sender history, recipient engagement rates, [complaints][], and [bounce][bounces] rates. A good reputation improves a successful inbox delivery. A poor reputation increases the likelihood of delivery to the [spam folder][spam-folder] or getting [blocked][blocklist].

## Reputation score in Twilio Email

The email reputation score is an approximation of email program health based on a few of the basic metrics evaluated by mailbox providers.

To find your **Email account reputation score**, log in to your [Twilio Console][tsc] account. When your Twilio Email dashboard appears, the email reputation score can be found on the left.
