# Twilio Health Score for Messaging

The Messaging Health Score is a metric that offers an overview of your Twilio messaging traffic's performance. It includes five subscores: Sent Rate, Compliance, Fraud, Latency, and Engagement.

The total score is the sum of these five subscores, with a maximum possible score of 100.

## Subscores

The Messaging Health Score combines five subscores:
