# Notify Credential resource

With the `Credential` resource, you can store *Apple Push Notification service* (APNS) and *Firebase Cloud Messaging* (FCM) credentials for a Notification [Binding](/docs/notify/api/binding-resource).

Credential properties depend on the binding type and the vendor. To learn more about vendor-specific credentials, consult the following resources:
