## Getting Started

1. From the Segment web app, click **Catalog**.
2. Search for "MetaCX" in the Catalog, select it, and choose which of your sources to connect the destination to.
3. Enter the "API Key" into your Segment Settings UI which you can find from your [Segment IO connection](https://app.metacx.com/app/connections).
4. If you do not already have a Segment IO connection, create one by clicking the Add Connection button at the bottom right of the page.

## Page

Page calls are sent to the SegmentIO connection with the event key `page`. See the [Page method](/docs/segment/connections/spec/page/) documentation for details on the method. An example call looks like:

```text
analytics.page()
```

## Screen

Screen calls are sent to the SegmentIO connection with the event key `screenview`. See the [Screen method](/docs/segment/connections/spec/screen/) documentation for details on the method. An example call looks like:

```text
[[SEGAnalytics sharedAnalytics] screen:@"Home"];
```

## Identify

Identify calls are sent to the SegmentIO connection with the event key `identify`. See the [Identify method](/docs/segment/connections/spec/identify/) documentation for details on the method. An example call looks like:

```text
analytics.identify('userId123', {
  email: 'john.doe@example.com'
});
```

## Track

Track calls are sent to the SegmentIO connection with the event key `track`. See the [Track method](/docs/segment/connections/spec/track/) documentation for details on the method. An example call looks like:

```text
analytics.track('Clicked Login Button')
```
