With a focus on Customer Journey and Experience, Benedikt has been assisting customers with the implementation of software solutions for almost 10 years. With Twilio’s communication platform, Benedikt supports companies in projects to build up customer journeys via any channel in a completely flexible way. The project goals are to increase conversion rates, cost savings, improved deployment time and agent productivity.

Ted is a Twilio Solutions Engineer, with a special focus on Customer Engagement Solutions. Ted spends a great deal of time listening to customers, and helping them understand how our customer engagement platform fits their business needs, along with providing hands-on assistance to customer technical teams to help them succeed. He actively builds out features in our platform and guides customers in their building journey to achieve the greatest success with their service solutions.

Alexander Teusz joined Cognigy in 2019 as a Technical Presales Consultant. His responsibilities include demos, support and consulting during meetings and project implementations with partners and customers. He also hosts workshops and trainings as a Conversational AI Expert.
