I or my user didn’t receive an invitation, what do I do?
If you did not receive an email invitation to join an Account, you’ll want the Account Owner or Administrator to resend the invitation.
As an Owner or Administrator you may resend an invitation to your Account at any time. Head over to your Manage Users page and click on the Invited User(s) that have not accepted their invite. A Invitation screen will pop up allowing you to resend the invitation.
