Call Center Software Trends of 2015

Cloud-based Call Center Software is gaining significant traction in 2015. This session will review key factors that are fueling this momentum, such as: the migration from using outsourced call centers to handle non-core competencies, to keeping everything in-house; the trend of companies moving away from using siloed business tools when interacting with callers, and towards compiling all interactions from all business tools into one interface; and the tendency for companies to buy Cloud-based Call Center Software solutions with out-of-the-box functionality rather than building custom on-premise solutions.
