Twilio & Lyft: Driving Growth Through Communications
The onboarding flow for a Lyft driver is a heavily regulated and complex flow involving sensitive information, document collection and obscure region-specific compliance requirements. Despite those hurdles, Lyft was able to support their explosive growth by building a unique self-onboarding model supported by four key communication pillars. In this session we will walk through some of Lyft's growth unlocks on the supply side that allowed them to scale to over 300,000 drivers in 200 cities.
