21618: The message body cannot be sent

You have attempted to send a message with content that is being filtered by all of our carriers.

We have logged the carrier you are attempting to reach and will monitor these failures when adding new carriers. If we add a new carrier in the future that does not filter the content you are trying to send, Twilio will automatically route your message through the new carrier.
