Voice Intelligence is currently available as a public beta release. Some features are not yet implemented and others may be changed before the product is declared as Generally Available. Beta products are not covered by a Twilio SLA.

The table below shows the current language support for Voice Intelligence Transcriptions. The LanguageCode set in the Service configuration determines the Transcription language used for all call recordings processed by that Service.
PII redaction is only available in en-US and Custom Operators can be used with any supported Transcription language.
Pre-built Operators support varies depending on the Transcription language and the Operator. For detailed information, refer to the Pre-built Operator table.
