Regulations require that you first register your number to use these resources to send SMS traffic to US and Canadian mobile destinations. Bring SMS conversations and notes on your customers together into one place using a Trello board. Enable reps to view, manage, and respond to incoming messages.

  • Customer sends SMS to your phone number
  • This creates a new card on your Trello board, and adds the message as a comment
  • When the rep responds to the comment, it sends a text to the customer
  • Rep can add additional notes to the Trello card as needed
