Analytics. A request for Twilio SendGrid to deliver email to your recipients.

As Twilio processes requests, it may capture delivery events. These events cover delivery attempt results such as deferred, delivered, blocked, and bounced.

If the recipient receives and interacts with the email, Twilio may capture more events. Interaction events cover user actions like clicks, opens, unsubscribes, and spam reports.

Twilio retains email events in the console: events as they occur in Email Activity and aggregated data in Statistics.
