Voice Recording Encryption is enabled, but Twilio can't store this recording because the account has no valid public keys. This only applies when call recording encryption is enabled.

Possible causes

  • Voice Recording Encryption is enabled, but the account does not have a valid Twilio Public Key resource.
  • The account has not been configured with a public key for Voice Recording Encryption.
  • Create a valid Twilio Public Key resource, then select it in Programmable Voice > Settings before you record calls.
  • If you do not need encrypted recordings, disable Voice Recording Encryption.
