ERROR - 17000

Forbidden to access data

This error code is returned when an account is trying to access a resource created by another account. Note: parent accounts can access subaccount resources, but subaccounts cannot access parent account resources, or other subaccounts under the same parent account.

Possible Causes

This error code is also returned when an account is attempting to access a resource where Voice Insights Advanced Features has not been enabled on that account.

Possible Solutions

Once enabled future calls will be retrievable via API.
