21731: Cannot perform operation on suspended brand
MESSAGING
ERROR
Your A2P 10DLC Brand is in a suspended state. You cannot create a new campaign with that brand or update the brand until the suspension is addressed. Brands with SUSPENDED status require Twilio Support assistance, and campaigns associated with a suspended brand are also suspended.
- The traffic sent on the brand does not match the campaign use case that was registered.
- The brand or its campaigns were associated with spam, phishing, unsolicited messaging, or excessive consumer complaints.
- The traffic involved prohibited or high-risk content such as controlled substances, illicit or fraudulent activity, affiliate marketing, promotional gambling, or age-restricted messaging without the required age gate.
- The campaign registration details for purpose, workflow, opt-in, or opt-out did not adequately reflect the messaging program being run.
- Stop using this brand for new registration changes. Do not try to move the same traffic to another existing or new brand or campaign while the suspension is unresolved.
- Review your brand and campaign setup against the messaging you actually send. Make sure your campaign description, use case, message flow, opt-in method, opt-out handling, and help information are accurate and consistent with your live traffic. (help.twilio.com)
- Remove or correct any traffic patterns that could trigger suspension, including spam-like messaging, prohibited content, affiliate marketing, gambling-related messaging, or age-restricted content without the required age gate.
- Check your email and the Twilio Support Center for guidance. If you have not received next steps, contact Twilio Support because suspended brands require support assistance to address.
