30892: Campaign vetting rejection - Invalid Sample Message - Public URL Shorteners
MESSAGING
ERROR
This error appears when your A2P 10DLC campaign is rejected during vetting because a sample message includes a public URL shortener or an unsecured website URL. For campaign submissions that include shortened links, use only a dedicated, branded short domain that belongs to your business. Public shorteners such as bit.ly or TinyURL can cause the campaign to be rejected.
- A sample message includes a link from a shared public URL shortener instead of a business-owned branded short domain.
- A sample message includes a website URL that is unsecured.
- The URL in the sample message does not clearly identify your business, which increases the risk of rejection during campaign review.
- Remove any shared public shortener links from your sample messages and replace them with a direct business URL or a branded short URL that belongs to your business.
- Update the sample message so every URL is secure and publicly accessible for review.
- If you need shortened links, configure link shortening with your own branded domain through Messaging Services instead of using a free public shortener.
- Review all sample messages before resubmitting the campaign to make sure the links match your business and the campaign you are registering.
