Virtual Agent: Provider Error

A 32601 Error is an indication that the <VirtualAgent> connector configuration was rejected by the VirtualAgent provider.

Possible Causes

• Connector configuration contains invalid properties

Possible Solutions

• Check your <VirtualAgent> connector configuration
• Check any <Config> elements referenced in TwiML
• Check the VirtualAgentProviderError included in the webhook to the action url or the Debugger message in Console for further information. For additional assistance, please contact Twilio Support.
