Raised whenever there are too many Commands queued for an individual SIM.

• While sending a Command, your Command was rejected because there are already more than 100 commands queued for your individual Narrowband SIM.

• While sending a Command, ensure there are less than 100 commands queued for an individual Narrowband SIM.
