A conversation could not be created because the provided contact address was invalid.
Possible Causes
- The contact phone number used to initiate a new conversation was invalid.
Possible Solutions
- Make sure that the contact address returned from the CRM callback is correct and properly formatted in E.164 format, including any channel prefixes if relevant.
