60307: Cannot resend push notifications to 'none' notification platform

This error is returned when the resend push notification endpoint was called for a factor using "none" as notification platform in its configuration.

You called the resend push notification endpoint for a factor with the "none" notification platform configured.

For factor configured with "none" as notification platform, it is not necessary to call the resend push notification endpoint.
