Possible Causes
The Verification request and processing was successful but the phone number provided in the request does not match the phone number detected via the carrier. This can happen when there is dual SIM usage or the end user is trying to verify a phone number that does not belong to the SIM.
Possible Solutions
- Check that the phone number provided is correct.
- Retry Verification using a channel other than Silent Network Auth for this end user.
