WARNING
This warning appears when you request Branded Calling for a phone number that is not provisioned for Branded Calling. To use Branded Calling, you need an approved Business Profile, a Voice Integrity instance, and a Branded Calling bundle with the phone number assigned to it. Twilio reviews new Branded Calling registrations and newly assigned phone numbers before the branded display is available.
- The phone number is not assigned to a Branded Calling bundle. A phone number can be associated with only one Branded Calling bundle.
- The phone number is not registered with your Voice Integrity instance, which is required before you assign it to Branded Calling.
- The Business Profile or brand identity used for the request is not approved yet. If the brand differs from the managing company, it may need its own Secondary Customer Profile.
- The Branded Calling bundle or the newly assigned phone number is still in review or provisioning. Brand review can take up to seven days, and newly assigned phone numbers can take 24 to 48 hours to be added to the bundle.
- In Trust Hub, create or update the correct Business Profile and resubmit it until the profile reaches Approved status. If you manage a different brand or business, create a Secondary Customer Profile for that brand before you continue.
- Assign the phone number to the approved Business Profile, then register that phone number with your Voice Integrity instance. Only phone numbers assigned to the Business Profile can be registered with Voice Integrity.
- Create or update the Branded Calling bundle, then assign the phone number to that bundle in the Console or with the Trust Products API.
- If you recently submitted the bundle or added the phone number, wait for provisioning to finish. Review can take up to seven days, number assignment can take 24 to 48 hours, and branded information can take up to two hours to appear after assignment to an approved bundle.
