60726: Business status does not allow to have brands

WARNING
This warning occurs when you try to create a BrandRegistration for a business profile that is not yet in a state that can be used for brand registration. Create the business profile in Trust Hub, complete the required business information, and submit the required Trust Hub and A2P registration steps before you create the brand.
- The business Customer Profile is still in
draftand has not been submitted for review. - The business Customer Profile was
twilio-rejected, so the submitted business information must be corrected before you can continue. - The related Customer Profile or A2P trust product was not evaluated successfully and is not
compliant. - If you are onboarding customers as an ISV, your parent account does not yet have a Primary Business Profile with
Twilio Approvedstatus.
- Fetch the Customer Profile you plan to use and confirm that you are passing the correct
customer_profile_bundle_sidfor the business you want to register. - If the Customer Profile is in
draft, complete the required business details, evaluate the profile, and submit it for review withstatusset topending_review. - If the Customer Profile is
twilio-rejected, review the rejection reason, fix the business information, and resubmit the profile. - Evaluate the related A2P trust product and continue only after the evaluation returns
compliant, then submit that trust product before creating the BrandRegistration. - If you are onboarding customers as an ISV, make sure your parent account has a Primary Business Profile with
Twilio Approvedstatus before you create brands for customer businesses.
