64019: Pay: Required payment information incomplete

A 64019 Error is an indication that the pieces of payment information indicated as required were not captured.

• Postal code and Security code were marked as required but not captured during the payment flow
• BankAccountNumber and BankRoutingNumber were not captured
• Credit Card Number and Expiration Date were not captured
• Status parameter value was set to "complete" before all payment information was captured

• Set Status parameter to "complete" only after all payment information is received via the Capture parameter
