83402: Received error response to IP Command callback request

Twilio received an error response when attempting to send an IP Command event to the provided callback URL.

Twilio did not receive a 2xx response from the callback URL when attempting to send an IP Command event.

Ensure that your callback server can handle the callback and responds with a 2xx HTTP status code. See the Debugger in Console for further information on the callback response.
